RGWOOD Tool Handles and Adapters for Unhandled Turning ToolsThese RGWOOD Tool Handles and Adapters for Unhandled Turning Tools were designed with versatility, functionality, and comfort in mind. As part of our RGWOOD Interchangeable Turning Tool System, these handles and tool ends work seamlessly with our RGWOOD unhandled gouges and our bowl sanding kit!We have 3 options available for the handles themselves: Aluminum Core in 10″ and 16″, and a heavier Steel Core handle available in 16″.The thread-in handle ends are aluminum and will not damage your tool shafts. To lock a tool into place in the handle, simply tighten the set screws on the handle end with a 4mm hex key and you’re good to go! One of the best features of these handles are the swappable ends! The two included handle ends will accept a 1/2″ and a 5/8″ shaft, so you’ve got your most common tool sizes covered. However, we also offer an additional end size for 3/8″ shafts, and a special end bored to 5/8″ with opposing set screws to accept flat tangs.
