This blend contains 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier, seductive in its beautiful golden robe. The Grand Brut from the House of Perrier- Jouët offers a lovely aromatic finesse with impressions of subtlety and delicacy. One experiences notes of white flowers (orchard flowers, lime blossom and honeysuckle), fresh fruit (lemon and peach) and yellow fruit (apricot and mango) that give way to an agreeable evolution of butter, brioche and vanilla. In the mouth the attack is frank. The Champagne has structure, balance, roundness and a slight vinosity. A fresh wine that is both balanced and complex.
