The ‘La Grave’ is the second wine from Château Haut-Brisson. In 2010 it offers a lovely mix of dark cherries and blackberries followed by spices, toast and minerals. It possesses a medium body, with a fine texture that leads into the mineral driven finish which is accompanied by spices and cherry flavors. Overall, a solid showing that should drink nicely over the short term.
