This 3D printed mounting system is designed specifically for the Gilbert Engineering Starburst 48 prop. The brackets are secured to the coro with zip ties and sized for 1/2″ EMT conduit, which slides through the mounts to form the frame. At the center junction, a 1/2″ PVC cross is used to connect the perpendicular conduit sections, with included bushings to adapt for EMT’s slightly smaller diameter. Also at the center junction, you will need to drill the PVC and conduit to accept a 1/4″ bolt to secure the mounts in place—see below for more information. Once the conduit is in place, it is fastened to the mounts with screws, locking everything together to create a strong, rigid structure behind the prop. This setup provides excellent stability for mounting to various surfaces and is especially useful for reinforcing props that have been split for shipping. Please select whether your Starburst 48 is the modular or single piece version. Colors may vary, although black is most common. If you have a specific color request for black or white please include a note indicating your preference with your order, but keep in mind that it may increase processing time for in-stock items. Includes the 3D printed parts only; conduit, PVC cross, screws, and zip ties are not included.
